The government offers tax allowances for foster carers. Did you know that foster carers are classed as self-employed. They can claim a tax exemption of up to £18,140 per household. They can also claim tax relief for every week they foster a child.

All of our foster carers receive free membership to The Fostering Network. They can access the free webinars and resources to show them how to take advantage of the tax allowances, help and support being offered by the government when completing their tax returns.
