Virtual Parents Communities Group
Our Virtual Parents Communities Group now incorporates experienced parents of both primary and secondary school aged children. It will take place 4 times in 2026:
- 23rd Feb 7.30pm-8.30pm
- 25th May 12pm-1pm
- 24th Aug 7.30pm-8.30pm
- 23rd Nov 12pm-1pm
The group is for experienced adoptive parents to come together and discuss the joys and challenges that come with parenting a child/ren who have experienced trauma and loss and possibly neglect and abuse.
It offers:-
o A safe and supportive environment to talk openly
o Emotional support and opportunities to learn from others’ experiences
o Practical advice and shared resources
o Building connections with fellow adopters
Support groups are most effective when they become part of your routine before challenges arise.
