Relax Kids Session for 3 - 9 Year Olds @ St Andrew's Children's Society

We are delighted to announce that Sarah from Relax Kids will be coming into St Andrew’s Children’s Society again due to the huge success of her last visit on Wednesday, 17th April from 10.30am to 11.30am to hold a free Relax Kids session for children aged 3 – 9 years.

Here are just some of the lovely comments we’ve received about Sarah’s Relax Kids sessions…

“Deacon liked talking about his brain…

Deacon’s dad liked lying down at the end zzzz

“I felt happy”

“It was fab. So lovely to see all the kids engaged and experiencing ‘calm.’ We’ve had lots of chat about the different brains since the last Relax Kids session. Thanks.”

SafeBase Training @ St Andrew's Children's Society
May 15 @ 10:00 am – May 29 @ 4:00 pm
SafeBase Training @ St Andrew's Children's Society

SafeBase has been created to meet the demands from parents for help in dealing with challenging behaviours from their adoptive children.

Parents who have attended the SafeBase programme in the past have commented:

“I found the course very useful in reinforcing information about attachment.  However, the most valuable part of the course was access to professionals’ advice which I have followed at home with great success.”

It has helped me to reflect upon the reasons behind behaviour and gain a better understanding of the impact I may have on those behaviours.”

The dates for this training are 15th, 16th, 22nd and 29th May 2019.

All refreshments and lunches are provided.

The cost per family is £1,000.00 and this is usually funded by the family’s placing authority.

Please call 0131 454 3370 and ask to speak to the Duty Worker or email info@standrews-children.org.uk to find out more or make a booking.
